It&#8217;s one of the most delicious, beneficial and visually beautiful juices there is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you&#8217;ll need to make pomegranate juice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pomegranates (as many as you want)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squeezer (a simple plastic handheld squeezer with a nail, which has the attachment that you use to catch what you want to squeeze)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strainer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glass bottle\/bottles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method of preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Cut the pomegranates in half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Carefully squeeze the pomegranates in the squeezer to break the seeds and extract the juice. As we squeeze, seed pits and the remains of the membrane that separates the pomegranate into segments accumulate in the squeezer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Every 2 to 3 pomegranates, we should manually squeeze these debris to release the juice they have bound and then clean the squeezer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pour the juice into the glass bottle, passing it through the strainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-254 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kalliergo.gr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/xymos-rodi-04-07112010.jpg\" alt=\"I make pomegranate juice. After one day the suspensions have settled at the bottom of the bottle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>16 medium-sized pomegranates produce 1.5 liters of pomegranate juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At first the juice is red to pink in color and not clear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can be consumed immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If left in the refrigerator for one or more days, the juice will turn bright red and clear.
